These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, Facebook/Instagram pages and messaging channels, and any related online tools, webhooks, or CRM-integrated services we operate (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with these Terms and applicable law.
If you create or are provided an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
2) Our Services
The Services allow you to contact us, request information, and receive communications through channels such as Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct. We may record metadata about your interaction (e.g., which post/ad led you to contact us) to improve support and attribution.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
3) No Medical Advice
Content provided through the Services (including messages, posts, and automated responses) is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers regarding a medical condition. If you have an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4) Your Communications & Content
You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not send unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
You grant Rejuva Cell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, and process your communications to operate the Services (e.g., responding, scheduling, CRM updates, quality assurance).
You represent that your submissions do not violate third-party rights or laws.
5) Messaging; Consent; Opt-Out
By messaging us or providing contact details, you consent to receive replies and service notifications via the same channel (e.g., Messenger/Instagram) and/or email/phone if you provide them.
You can stop receiving messages by using the platform’s tools (e.g., unfollow/block, turning off notifications) or by telling us you wish to stop.
6) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website). It explains what data we collect via Meta webhooks, why, and how we protect it.
7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or circumvent security.
Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; upload malware; harvest data; or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8) Third-Party Services (including Meta)
The Services may rely on or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram by Meta, web hosting, networking/tunneling services, CRM providers such as GoHighLevel). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
9) Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services and content we provide (including trademarks, text, graphics, software, and site design) belong to Rejuva Cell or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REJUVA CELL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid (if any) for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rejuva Cell and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Upon termination, Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.
14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute not subject to arbitration or where arbitration is inapplicable. Where required by law, you retain any non-waivable consumer rights.

15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the “Effective date” at the top.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
