Rejuva Medical Group of Mexico, a subsidiary of Regenerative Clinical Group, an American-based medical management company, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Office Admin to join our dynamic team. As part of an international organization, this role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Mexico-based operations while aligning with our global standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. - Handle correspondence, compile documents for meetings, and take minutes.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Assist with the execution of events, meetings, and other special projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics as needed.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
- Manage patient scheduling, intake forms, and medical records.
- Coordinate consultations, treatments, and follow-ups with physicians and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level
- Proven experience in customer service, as an admin assistant, personal assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary: MXN $20,450 monthly (gross)
